Once your order has been submitted, a member of the design team will review the custom order. If we have any questions or need additional information, we will contact you via email.
Estimated production time is 3-5 weeks and does not include shipping time.
Once your custom order enters production, all updates will be sent via email. This includes proofs of animal cutouts, brand layouts, and any additional questions that may arise with the design. Proofs are NOT sent for all custom orders, only if questions arise in production.
Production time may slightly vary, allowing our team to ensure every piece meets our highest standards of craftsmanship and quality.
Once your order is complete, you will receive a final email containing a photo of your finished piece along with your tracking number so you can follow its journey to you.

PLEASE UPLOAD A CLEAR, STRAIGHT ON IMAGE OF THE HORSE. The blaze cut out will only be as good as the picture showing the blaze. More photos the better!


Sizing- the Mini is 3/4 inch tall and the Medium size is 1 inch tall


Metal- we offer our horse heads in 3 metals: sterling silver, copper and yellow gold filled. Markings will always be overlaid in sterling silver.


Add On Options: to further customize your piece we offer various add on options like stone, flower, back engraving and charms. FLower or Stone option is attached to the horse head ear like show in the pictures. 


Charms: if you would like a special charm made (a lemon for a horse named Lemon, or an angel wing etc) please select a brand charm, upload a clip art image of the item, and state that in the order notes!


 


Once Ordered: Once the order is placed you will receive your order conformation email. Then once your order starts production we will send a proof of the cut out to your email for approvals or changes if needed. After your order is completed, you will receive a final email with your tracking information along with a picture of the final piece!
